How We Work with Our Clients
We provide our HR investigative and case work support service to a diverse range of businesses and organisations whose HR requirements and confidence to effectively manage people can vary significantly at any one time. Acting as your HR Detective or Advisor our pragmatic approach and advice to help you manage behaviour concerns, disciplinary or, grievance matters, poor performance, sickness absence or difficult working relationships is tailored according to your needs.
Our investigation process includes face to face or virtual meetings with relevant individuals, note taking, reviewing information, gathering evidence, and carrying out additional research as needed. A detailed report is provided and, where cases proceed formally, our attendance at disciplinary, grievance or capability meetings. Where relevant we can also support with any remedial action such as mediation, facilitated conversations or management training.
Supporting you with case work we offer advice and practical ‘hands on’ input either remotely via phone calls, email or virtual meetings or visit you on-site as applicable to the situation. We will provide you with bespoke letter outcomes and a range of day-to-day HR management tools.
We work directly with a range of commercial businesses, public sector organisations and not-for-profit groups. Due to the reactive nature of our HR service, we recognise that you may only need our help for a specific workplace investigation or case work project. However, we love building on-going consultancy relationships, becoming your first point of contact when outsourced HR consultancy is beneficial to help you manage your time, and provide additional resource for your team and business.
We are also very happy to work alongside in-house HR teams or associate for other HR Consultants. This may simply be to provide an extra pair of case work hands when you are busy or for those occasions, such as investigations or formal meetings and appeals, when having someone independent is beneficial to provide a fresh perspective or demonstrate complete objectivity.
